Proof of Concept

With RyDoc-4-SAP™-BI we can make an HTML model of an SAP™ BI system of your choice available to you – within a very short period of time. The model gives you a more detailed depiction of your installation, can be navigated completely from the report to the source. Over a period of 2 weeks you can convince yourself of the value added of a documentation, which can present data flows up to the field level.
In addition, we will demonstrate the possibilities of the RyDoc – designer to you in a joint workshop. We will show you how existing documentation can be integrated or process chains can be produced graphically. For example, we can analyse connections, produce reports, record documentation requirements and answer your questions with your model.

Implementation

As RyDoc-4-SAP™-BI is already a finished more detailed documentation model in the standard, your implementation project can be carried out very quickly. With the newly won transparency you can then initialise a constant improvement process for your BI landscape. At the beginning of the implementation we will discuss the integration of your existing documentation, the extensions of the model to the respective interfaces (e.g. SAP R/3, Chrystal Reports) and your other individual wishes together with you. We help with setting up the first documentation models, train you, your employees and the system supervision.
 

RyDoc on-Demand

As an alternative to an implementation in your system landscape we can also offer you the set-up and the maintenance of the documentation as a service. We will produce the documentation for you according to your wishes and make new versions of your “BI reality” available to you at regular intervals.
 

Analysis and consultancy

RyDoc-4-SAP™-BI is an open solution. You can extend the models yourself, analyse your BI-configuration yourself and write reports or monitor the compliance of BI design directives with the integrated rule machine. And it goes without speaking we can support you. However, if you request it we are also in the position to carry out more complex impact and GAP analyses for you with greater changes in your BI environment (e.g. lapse of a delivery system) and offer you a classical SAP™ BI Consulting.

Training and support

Our aim is your satisfaction. If required we can train your employees and always have an open ear for your questions and wishes all relating to your RyDoc-4-SAP™-BI installation.
